You will want to make sure that your coating is nice and even if you go the spray-on window tint route. If you do a haphazard or rushed job, you may encounter some splotching later. That said, if you take the proper precautions, there's no reason why you shouldn't enjoy the glare-reducing and energy-saving benefits of a fine window tint at a fraction of the cost.
