Guggenheim is at 2.9% (249,999+), Equitrust is at 2.85% for 6, Bankers is 2.9-3.05 (but B- rated) and Athene is 2.75 for 5.

It really depends on the client's objective but based on their time horizon this can certainly be one solution, especially if they're looking for pure rate.

No need to sit for the Nevada test. You should be able to go to:
National Insurance Producer Registry and get your non-resident Nevada license.

Easy breezy.

I think Sentinel Life is still one of the highest 5 year rates out there. Here in Florida, it's 2.85%

Florida is the only state where I would buy Sentinel. Every other state you have to buy a rider for 35bp to avoid paying MVA and surrender penalties on death.
