HIPP Program

I had a client in TX asking me about the HIPP program. Apparently, Medicaid will reimburse people for qualified health insurance premiums.

I have to say, I've never run into this before. I'm sure I can't help this guy, but I would be interested if anyone is knowledgeable on this subject for my personal reference.
