Hiring lead generators and appointment setters outsourcing overseas

Hi everyone!

I want to hire an overseas caller to generate appointments for commercial P&C, anyone have experience in this? I would like to know how you track their calls? I do not want them using a dialer, i have had bad experiences with past appointment setters in US using those for calling businesses. What countries do you suggest I use? Also, do you use an employment agency to find them?

Do you send them a phone or do they provide their own? Also, how do you handle having a US area code? I am guessing no pay until after hours are logged and verified? Do you communicate with them mostly through skype?

I have tried hiring my own callers in my area and they tend to come and go quick; I have had good success when you can keep some of them around for a while. I am tired of constantly trying to hire new callers all the time; it has become a distraction.

Any help would be great!

I work with a few overseas reps. What do you mean by "dialer"? They need to have an ability to make phone calls, so you'd have to provide some sort of Voip calling capabilities... If you're talking about something like Progressive Dialing, then yes, i'm with you and this shouldn't be used unless you are deploying a team of 10+ callers.

You need to have a good system in place and solid leads, script. Once you have that, then you can start with identifying talent, training, and giving them numbers to hit, etc.

If using foreign callers, stick to countries, or better yet, people, who speak flawless English. That can't be stressed enough. The last thing you'd want is for the potential customer asking for country the call is being originated from. Screen every potential hire, dont leave it to some agency doing that for you.
