HMO with $0 for All Rx

I didn't see any ($0 all tier) either for Georgia but I did see something I don't recall seeing before . . . a SELECT MAPD. I know what a Select Medigap is but sometimes I think the MAPD carriers add things on to the name to confuse people. The two plans identified as "select" were HMO so based on my understanding of Select plans that is almost a redundant title.

2 kinds of select plans

DSNP - Designed for beneficiaries with Partial Medicaid
Standard - Limited network plans

They're throwing so many "benefits" at plans, that I wouldn't be surprised if this became a thing on a narrow network, high moop plan. We have DSNP and Partial plans that are HMO where I am that are $0 on all RX, but nothing for the regular Joe like that.
