He is incompetent on many levels. When it comes to proof of income the policy will just fall off anyway. Most of the 600 policies were probably cancelled when HHS didn't receive any proof of income documents. The agent lost his shirt on this "investment". The state and feds are now preparing to take his pants, drawers, and right arm.

He might have enrolled them with an insurer that doesn't pay until 2 months after the effective date. I wonder what dates this 600 app/48-hour binge occurred? Plus, as G.Gordon pointed out, the guy paid Health Sherpa $25 per application submitted, using a high-limit credit card.

The only life changes for him will be his own...for the worse.
