Travelers, SafeCo, Allied, The Hartford... I believe GMAC is rolling out a HO program soon in Cali... For the richie rich Firemans Fund, Chubb

Safeco is amazing here in Southern California. It is very rare that anyone beats their price

Between Travelers and Safeco you have a pretty decent homeowners lineup, solid product, good rates.

Yeah, there are areas, those with losses, fireline problems, PPC 10 stuff, whatever, but those are the minority.
