Good thing about being licensed in the whole state is that you can write business in the whole state, lol. For us Florida folk there is always the state-backed Citizens as the insurer of last resort. They can make binding a policy a bit of a pain though.
We don't get to write any business through AM Best rated carriers. Mostly Demotech. All of the major companies fled the state after all of the hurricanes came by.
