I would say that it looks good. They don't ask about diabetic neuropathy. Has the person taken insulin for diabetes in the past 12 months? If they have, then it's a decline.

It is UNL.. It is one of the three plans on the combo app. They also have two other underwritten HI plans that have 6/6 pre-x.. Very simple health questions but insulin is a KO for them.
