Hourly Pay for Med Supp Telemarketer?

I was thinking of punting a add in craigslist for a telemarketer for lead generation $10.00 hr plus $5.00 per lead. Is that fair or what is going rate?

In my experience, Craigslist if the bottom of the barrel to hire people on lol. We did that several times for office staff and the people that applied were quit comical if you get my drift.

I would pay $15 an hour plus a bonus structure if experienced.

Or you could just buy outsourced live telemarketer leads for around $8-$10 per lead.
