How Could A MLM Company Make Money With Insurance Products?

I'm pretty sure the OP dropped out of the biz many years ago. He send used to be very active on here.

Possible. Just like JD and Travis and Matt stopped posting to the forum when they dropped out of the business.

Though JD really is something else: Drops out of the biz and still manages to be KSKJ's top agent in 2020 - two years after he leaves the biz for greener grass.

Isn't what's being described here just leads? Someone else finds the person to buy and sends them to the liscenced agent and the agent gives them money. Yeah rebating is illegal, hence the "lead" industry, which is effectively the same exact thing. Sell the lead for 200 bucks to them and for some reason the guy doesnt buy like they were supposed to send the 200 bucks back

Selling leads or paying for leads is not rebating. Rebating is discounting a clients premiums or paying the premiums for them.

I think what you are trying to describe is the paying of fees or commissions to an unlicensed insurance person. that is definitely not rebating, but could be illegal depending on if the payments to the person are based on actual sales results or not. Paying an unlicensed person only when a sale is concluded would be against licensing laws in most states. Paying a lead company or a random person to generate leads of names per name or lead is not against the law. If the person being paid for names discusses insurance products or coverages, they may be in violation of insurance laws if they are not licensed in the insurance line being discussed

The OP is Ben, we met at a meeting once and stayed in touch for a bit. He's my friend on Fb but I can't tell if he's in the biz still. Looks like probably not.

I've met the OP in real life. I don't think he is in the biz anymore. Could be wrong.
He was one of many on here that never found his focus. He was always going too many directions and had a little bit here and a little bit there.
I haven't spoken with him in years though. Maybe he found his focus and is out there killing it. Could be.
