How do I present this rider???

I'll work on my people skills while on this forum, it seems this is the only place they're ever in question.

It's funny, this click some of you guys have, you've been referred to as bullies by more than one person, you've insulted people at times and never have apologized for it when confronted (by others, not just myself) and my people skills need help.

I tried to end it, I even called for a truce and Josh kept going, so what should I do then? I couldn't not answer right because the jury assumes that as an admission of guilt.

And after all of this, my original advice for the thread was on point, in the future I just have to phrase it gently for the "thin skinned" agents so they're not offended. And refrain from the BS.

At least I accept accountability and apologize. I'll take those people skills any day.

Rob, here are my thoughts... last night when i gave what was a truthfull response to a question, allbeit mabye not the way others would have answered his question but I gave an answer all the same( yes, I do handle the waiver that way with my clients) you dog piled me with rapid fire posts alluding to me being childish and unprofessional. I think most of the veterns on here knew I was being honest when I gave my 2 cents on how to handle the question...they know that is just me and, I as well as most Texans know things have to be handled in a different maner here in Texas with our clients. I think that some folks took it as that you attacked me and knew that I would fire back in much the same way. People don't want some self proclaimed know it all to correct us every time we pee and miss the toilet bowl.. just take our comments as "ok, thats strange but whatever" and move on, give your way of doing it and dont attack.

Keep in mind when I read, I think it was bob's post on how he would handle it, i commented that it was good and i liked it... I never staart attacking unless 1) someone attacks someone i consider a "friend" on here 2) someone I feel has "called me out" 3) someone that has espoused compleate BS and pointed it at me like "home service" did 1 time and "my ins biz" did earlier in the week as well as goldar did a few weeks back. I will in no way stand by and watch it happen... i attack with full gusto... ya, call me the house bulley, call me a redneck... i dont care... i just don't let nor does any other true Texan, let that crap go without a fight....

I have no beef with anyone on here, but i will 100% of the time call a spade a spade and if someone can't handle it then they can......"piss up a rope"

I just cursed in Arabic

Dang, another foreigner.

I guess your name should have been a giveaway, but I just figured you were like Peeler and couldn't spell.

I thought you were trying to spell Ray Hanes.

Good post, I and appreciate that perspective.

I respond as I read them, maybe that's why it seems rapid fire. I do that very often as I miss some posts when I'm away from the forum. I would think that's been obvious.

Jezzzz.I tell you guys what to do on the first page and then take my kid's boarding then come back to this...........and peeler is a texan....now thats news...

And hey, in my opinion, "female things" sounds unprofessional. Would a doctor say that?

We deal with conditions every day, maybe I shouldn't have said "like a 12 year old" because that distracted and/or offended some of you. I didn't mean it that way.

Don't assume everything I'm saying is argumentative with intent to insult someone or put someone down, it's true intent to give perspective, that's all.

Didn't someone mention "thin skin" pertaining to me, come on now fellas.

I know several that would... and of course follow-up with an explanation...

Sales is all about you feeling comfortable, it seemed you felt uncomfortable as to how to phrase it when you originally posted this.

If saying that makes you feel better, then it will be better on the call.

What chapter of "Sales for Dummies" did that come out of?

It's only awkward because you make it so. This is part of your job. Approach it in a professional manner and move forward.

Its ony awkard because most women do not want men to know that they have breast implants.
So I handle it direct and to the point. There is no reason to dance around the topic or let any kind of embarrassment
occur.

I'm not sure what offended you this time. Don't really see any reason for this response, unless you meant to add an LOL to it as a joke.

I agree... I definitely went too far and acted unprofessionally, but I haven't said one negative word to this guy since he's been on here. I've bottled it in while everyone else lit in to him...

Is it all out now?
