IMO insurance can be split into two main time sinks: ACQUISITION and RETENTION

As agency owners I think it is important to figure out what your strengths are and play into them.

How do you play into your strengths by creating systems around you?

I've recently changed CRMs and the automation on the new one is better. I've used QQCatalyst in the past, Applied Systems, and now I'm onto EZLynx.

Obviously I'm an IA. We've been using the EZLynx rater for some time and the CRM ported really nicely into it.

I'm considering what other automations and retention systems I can put into place.
