How is This Possible...direct Bill

I guess after nine years I still don't know everything... Most people I talk to usually give in to the bank draft or pay quarterly.

I ran into the same thing with UOO about 8-9 months ago. I called them to confirm, they said they do monthly direct billing (for an extra $2/month), but don't advertise it since they get a lot of lapses that way.

I had written a client a UO med supp and set it up on monthly bank draft. We recently switched him to another company and he somehow had gotten it set up where UO would just bill him monthly through the mail. It must be something to do with the client calling in and requesting it
