If your mother is eligible for Medicaid then you can be a certified home health provider for her. Provided you check with the local agency within your state that handles Medicaid. They will provide you training and all the necessary paper works.
But if she isn't eligible for Medicaid then you can take courses at your local community college that offer certificates for medical assistants and nursing aides.
