How to Do Commeent Posting Without Getting Spam ??

since last month i started blog comment posting for site but now not able to comment in some blogging sites i think my website get in spam so is there any way of commenting that site not get spammed ????

There is a place you can email...Maybe Akismet. Not sure though.
