How to Get an Agency License

I got the 2-20 P&C license and i'll start my own independent agency.
To get my agency licensed is all i need an FEIN and my 2-20 license number?

Agents 220 and Fed ID #. I would recommend that you register your business and/or go through your incorporation process first. You don't want to get your agency license and then find out someone else already has your business name and then have to try to go back and change everything you have already done!!
