How to Leave a Company?

I currently have two companies contracted through NAA. I want to switch back to my old company. What is the best way to do this? Will I lose all of the business that I wrote with these companies while with them. I'm concerned since most of the business I wrote when I first became an agent are family and friends and I'd hate to lose them especially since I am the one who put in the time and effort of getting them as clients. Any advice would be welcome.

If your talking about leaving NAA read your contract. It should spell out what your rights are or should I say their rights per contract if you decide to leave.
