Writing a BBB review will mean the company will be contacted to buy membership into BBB and yeah the complaint that you wrote will first get posted as positively resolved and then get deleted in few months. No matter what an issue may be, you can sue anyone for anything in small claims court. In small claims court you can sue for monetary damages. Be prepared to make your case.
