How you track commissions?

Then your in an area with little change which is rare, got a lot of med sups , too lazy to move your book . If 2 or 3 somebody will move them for you oep. I read 60% of people moved this aep yet your immune

If you have more than half your book change plans during AEP then you are doing something seriously wrong. And judging by the way you talk on these forums you are either a churn and burn agent, are have no idea how to manage a book of business.

Either way, it doesn't surprise me that your book is bleeding out.

this past AEP was not much different than past selling seasons for me. Every year I get a little busier, I have a fair share of clients change plans for various reasons, get a bunch of referrals, a make a bunch of money. The only difference was this year was I had a handful of people asking why there was a bunch of fearmongering from hack-job agents online. Most of them saw right through it.

Have fun bleeding out. Most of here on this forum have built a solid business, and will continue to see steady growth year after year and get through this hard market just fine.

Churn and burn ? My double ass . I never moved over 5% of my book in any one yr. I hate moving clients .I had 80 freaking terms this aep . I had massive changing of benefits and had to move people . Solid business ? Your fool of shit . So what did you do if you had 500 Aetna plans and suddenly this yr all there plans had $590 deductible and coins instead of copays ? 20% of your clients have tier 3 or higher drugs? You move them to a plan with set copays or they'll be moved . Guys like you are a joke . You think you're high and mighty. My book grew 200 this aep as i had maybe 2% loses .

Good 'ol spreadsheets. It is a bear, but the only reasonable way I see to run a business is knowing what is going in and what is coming out.

I have done quite a few software demo's and I have not been impressed for the cost for commission tracking.
