2014 until most of it kicks in.

And the entire GOP is going to run on a simple ticket of "Repeal it" and also there are going to be supreme court challenges on several fronts like the government forcing someone to buy a product, states rights for non-interstate commerce, etc.

Not to bring in the fact that alot of the plan expands medicaid which is partially paid on the state level so watch most of the state legislatures to pass laws countering the bulk of it and governors having a heart attack about it breaking the state budgets via state mandates.

plus the insurance companies have a vested interest to tie it up in legal hell for years, trade groups for doctors, nurses, doctors, insurance companies, financial industry (taxes on investments or "unearned income"), and others will be pissing blood at the dems when it comes to fund raising time next year.

The dems won a major round tonight but they just lost the house, many state legislatures, many governorships, and several senate seats.
