Humana will only have three hospitals in there network in Miami and three in Palm Beach County. The ones in Palm Beach County are Bethesda, Boca Raton,, and Wellington.

Anywhere else you will be out of network and have zero coverage.

Also all doctor visits besides PCP's will require a referral.
