I'm guessing wanting to go as earned benefits for less burn on the chargeback hit and then no advance interest charge. Just curious as to why this wouldn't matter as much with trans/monumental? I think I saw on a different thread that they still charge the interest?

They don't charge interest on the as earned. They do charge appointment fees. As earned or advanced.

Trans only pays the as earned once a month. That kinda sucks but that's how it is.

I'm as earned with them. I just wrote a couple last week. They will make their first payment on April 3. I wouldn't be paid on them until the the first Tuesday in May.

You would think companies would reward their as earned agents. But they don't see it that way.

Settlers and SNL also only pay the as earned agents once a month.

A long time ago you explained how Winders had some logic to liking the way Trans pays comm. It was something to do with consistently writing business and how he likes it. I think you used the example of 4k a month and then how you would be paid on months 10-12.

Do you remember? If so can you explain again. I have been searching for that post but can't find it.

Not exactly but it works kinda like what LH calls their pay thru.

If you get advanced with Trans at say 75%. That works like any other advance. But instead of getting the other 25% in months 10-12 they divide the 25% by 12 and pay it each month. That's about 2% so the first month you get 77% and then 2% for 12 months.

I don't know if that's optional but I don't believe it is. Before I went as earned with them I went to a 3 month advance. But then they were advancing me 25% and then dividing the 75% by 12 and paying it each month. Kinda defeated the purpose.

Tim likes that and uses it as a recruiting tool. I don't like it.

Yes that's what I was talking about. Thanks

So they help the agent manage his own money's

What it amounts to is they hold onto your 10-11-12 months for another year. Who do you think benefits from that. It dam sure ain't the agent.

No. You get it quicker. They divide the 10, 11, and 12th months by 12 and give it to you starting with the very first month. They call it a pay through too.

Tim likes it because his paythrough account pays him $10,000 monthly.

To me it's not any real advantage or disadvantage. You get the same amount in the first 12 months either way it goes. That's all that matters to me.
