Hopefully you mean "leads" and not "lead" as I believe that it would not be possible to be successful with just one lead.
Find an agency that will let you use their systems and E&O for a 50/50 split on new business and renewals. Preferably a P&C only shop that won't care if you have independent contracts on the life and health side! That's what I did and it's been working well for me! It's much easier to self generate P&C leads the old school way of cold calling or door knocking. It's a way to get in the door with a home and auto quote and cross-sell the life and health where you can make the real money with no split!
