The return is very good but there are ALOT of sickos. I plan on 2-3% on average. We have a lot of fat diabetic smokers with copd. You have to really know your companies and their underwriting or you'll go nuts. Many of the people that I meet with make less than $1000 per month so we don't get a lot of $100 premiums. Loads of $30 ish premiums and the occasional $80-$90 that bring the average to $50ish. And the golfing sucks from November through April.

Sounds like the regular FE market to me.

Yes, 2%-3% return and moving on. The new job is much less driving, all phone & internet work (maybe 10 out of office meetings per week) & help people make more money. Any guesses?

100 degree heat index

First appt: today no a/c, roaches crawling on the floor beside my shoes.

Second appt: no a/c, cat sheite smell from hell. Cust; Go ahead and sit down right there on the couch, Me; oh ok thank you very much. Funny thing is I had to use the bathroom and he had the blue water in the bowl.

Third appt: Well no room inside to conduct an appt.(hoarder) so on the porch we were, just sweltering in the heat.

I read somewhere last week that 69% of all US homes have internet service. If 1 in ten of my clients have it I'd bee shocked.

But then I did write a 78 year old lady at $185 a month last week, so I guess it does average out a little bit anyway!

Same experience for me. I would be shocked if 1 in 10 of my DM prospects have a computer. I don't ask the non buyers but I do ask all the buyers if they are on line as I'm wrapping up the deal. I show them the company website. I can't even remember the last time someone said they did have a computer.

I don't believe I've ever run across one with a smart phone.

Saw my very first client with a smartphone last week. It was a windows phone so I guess it was not THAT smart. She says that she plays solitaire on it and that's all. We used it for a phi with oxford and I had to show her how to get to the dialer.
