I just lost my access to HealthSherpa 10/25/2024, the Same day I passed my 2025 FFM Cert

So- to those that may know- how can I lose access to my FFM Integration registration from 2024, by not being updated for 2025? Am I missing something?

Thousands lost . People in state exchanges that started this yr were never told to get ffm certified . It’s a cluster
