I just lost my access to HealthSherpa 10/25/2024, the Same day I passed my 2025 FFM Cert

Are you talking about the new requirement to reconnect FFM integration every 12 hours with Health Sherpa?
No. That is old news.

Friday I was working on an 11/1/2024 loss of coverage on exchange and HealthSherpa cut off my access to the platform.

Reason? I wasn't certified for 2025 yet. I have been busy and hadn't finished it. But I was operating in 2024.

Called HealthSherpa and they said basically "yeah we just cut everyone off for 2024 if they weren't' verified for 2025 yet."

Ridiculous treatment from HealthSherpa. I don't trust them.
