I Need an Attorney to Help with a Purchase Contract in Texas

Can anyone recommend an attorney to help me with an agency purchase contract in Texas? It is my first agency acquisition and I live out of state. Any input would be really helpful! Any tips for good clauses to put in the contract? Anything to watch out for?
