I Need Product Liability Insurance to Cover Sellers on My Site

Need Product Insurance - please advise

A friend and I are creating an e-commerce site in which users will sell various foods and beverages through the site. While many of our users will already have their own policies, we would like to offer product liability insurance to those who do not. What kind of liability insurance should we be looking for and how would it work? Who offers such a product? Thanks in advance.

I am assuming you are requiring that vendors carry minimum limits and give you a certificate of insurance (better yet name you as an additional insured, including products and completed operations). $1,000,000 limits is pretty standard.
