So, I guess 2023 tv ads are the same as last year? Weren’t we told they were going to be illegal?

I actually just saw Part C ad that didn't mention benefits, other than to say that benefits vary by zip code. Nothing misleading.

Regarding advertising, I think there are many things much more egregious than using the word Medicare anywhere in the copy.

If CMS wants to target anything that mentions the word Medicare that will probably put an end to all forms of advertising with "Medicare" in the verbiage.

"Free", "zero cost", "any provider" are more enticing than mentioning Medicare.

I would love to stay and discuss this further, but I need to answer an email from a Nigerian prince who is going to send me $6 million and I can keep half for my troubles.

When I hear this or read this, to me it just means that these are covered benefits. It doesn’t mean the plan will pay 100%.

Because you know how it really works. To the uneducated, it sounds like 100% coverage.
