Re: I Sold 62 Final Expense Life Insurance Policies My 1st Month

While I am of the opinion that an overpriced life insurance policy is FAR SUPERIOR to NO life insurance policy, It takes a LOT of Kool Aid to extoll the virtues of a company that:

A. Is one of the worst values on the market.
B. Pays very low commission.

A+B= A company that has to have a tanker truck deliver Kool Aid daily so the agents won't realize what's going on. 62 policies and NONE are replacements in one month is impressive, though. Please tell me you don't replace policies with that stuff. Sorry for interrupting your recruitment pitch. Carry on.

The CFGS is a sales gimmick pure and simple.

Re: I Sold 62 Final Expense Life Insurance Policies My 1st Month

I live in CA and have sold from top of CA to San Diego.

I have worked with many agents from the companies mentioned, besides policies not getting issued, claims not getting paid and 0 customer service, I need a company that stands behind what I am selling.

The FCGS recently just SAVED one of my client $5k on the cost of the funeral and Lincoln paid within 48 hours.

I care that my clients get the best customer service( a live person answer phone when they call), fastest claims, and huge savings on cost of funeral at time of need!

Again everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, but clearly some get defensive when I give my OPINION.

Like I said before find a company that work for you....Not Me!

As for the age of Lincoln it was founded in 1963 and can be viewed on their website.

Re: I Sold 62 Final Expense Life Insurance Policies My 1st Month

anyloan2, I just don't get people like you. How do you do it? You call on seniors, most who are counting every penny on their fixed income. They go with-out to make ends meet. The trust you to do what's right by them and for selfish reasons you stick them with a product that costs them hundreds more than it should. You know you are violating their trust but you convince yourself it alright because you didn't "force" them to buy it or it's their responsibility to know what they are buying. Or maybe you think it's all fair in business when you have a family to support. But on seniors' backs. How do you sleep at night?

I couldn't do what you do. Congrats to you.

Didn't see your post before I typed this. Tell me, do you inform them they are paying more for your customer service? Do they get an option?

Re: I Sold 62 Final Expense Life Insurance Policies My 1st Month

For full disclosure, the title of this thread should be:

I was able to talk 62 people into buying what is likely the highest priced plans available but I don't care as long as I can make a quick buck because I'm ethically challenged.

Or is that too long to fit in the subject field?

I Love Lincoln Heritage! I have replaced plenty, seniors with LH are easy sales & usually a slam duck.
Probably replaced some of yours.

I would not brag on this forum as a lot of veteran agents here have accomplished much, much more. In today's market is very hard to do right for the customer with limited carriers.
