1. Flashblock - gives you the option to play flash media embedded in a website

2. IE Tab - Let's you load a web page optimized for IE in Firefox without having to open up a seperate browser

The Download Status Bar (Google it, I can't post links yet)
It puts downloads at the bottom of the browser window instead of popping up the download manager. Once the file is downloaded, you can double-click to open the file from the status bar at the bottom of the window.
