IMO/FMO Selection

I am a new Health and Accident agent looking for advise on selecting a hands off IMO/FMO. I am knowledgeable about the products I am selling and not looking to get leads. I need an IMO/FMO which provides clear commission structure willing to share step up goals to go from street to higher commission levels. Possible incentives for advertising would be a plus. Any advise would be appriciated.
