P.S. I think an insurer called Security Life writes fee-for-service dental plans. There is another insurer whose name begins with a "B" that writes fee-for-service dental. I'll probably think of around 3 AM.

I thought an HSA would be a good idea too, but don't you have to have a qualifying HDHP to get one?

I once saw a plan from Health Plan Services that was for individuals. It looked decent but I only worked with groups at that time so I never sold it. Might be worth looking into.

Has anyone heard of Medico dental plan? It pays 60% the 1st year, 70% the 2nd year and 80% the 3rd year and there after. You can combine it with other dental insurance. I am also wondering how I can get leads.

The plan is from ages 18-84, so you could ask anybody you know if they are looking for this type of coverage, especially seniors.

You must be thinking of Brokers National Life Assurance Company that is headquartered in AustinTX.

I did write some Dominion Dental some years ago, but I believe they still are regional in the Mid-Atlantic states.

Anyone have any experience with MetLife SafeGaurd? I was told it was a good plan. Was at the dentist and asked the lady behind the counter and she agreed as well and the guy behind me who was signing in next had it as well and he likes it.

Just wondering if anyone here uses/sells it?

I am looking for indiviual health insurance in NYS. I found Atlantis but they are down state. I am upstate, Albany County.
