Institutional SNP's

Got a call this AM from a lady in assisted living who wants a plan. She was told by the 800 she needs a local agent . I am not certified ISNP's and have had no success finding someone who is. Any experience here?

I am not sure if she is bound by AEP deadline either. I am OK with not getting the business but I don"t want to leave her hanging.

No, she wouldn't be bound by AEP. Would have an SEP by living in an institution, moving into one, or moving out of one.

Is there even an ISNP available in her area? They're pretty rare and I wouldn't waste any energy researching something that doesn't exist.
