Insurance is Recession Proof?

Wondered if anyone else out there is getting slammed with requests for all types of insurance lately?

I've had more in bound calls for life and health insurance in the last two weeks, than since getting started 6 years ago. I was told that this business was recession proof, but didn't work insurance in any prior recessions, so is this what happens?

Congrats!!! I was just about to post the opposite line of question. I have been having a tough time over the last few months. A lot of people I have been in contact with have delayed their commitment citing the economic conditions...

The reason so many here are doing so well, is their book size. If you build your book say to 200+ active clients, you will see a different side of the business, and some of us here have far larger books.

Since I made that post, I have scheduled two more life and health and had more applications for health that I emailed weeks ago come in this weekend, forcing me to work today, just so I wouldn't be strapped for time tomorrow, which is supposed to be a holiday.

If you keep plugging away at it, things will reverse for you soon, and you will be buying the coffee and donuts.

Back end is not.

Chargebacks are not recession proof.

See if you can get the concession for printing money. We never stop doing that.
