Precisely. Basically you'll be spending two years without any appointments, or selling wholesale, unless you pay them two years commission in the event you leave the group. Not a problem if you plan on staying with them forver, but their contract highly discourages member agencies leaving.

They are based out of MI so I would assume the companies on their carrier list is the carriers you have access to.

Citizens, Progressive, AAA, Nationwide, Grange, Foremost, SafeCo, ASI, Chubb, American Modern, and Arrowhead.

What do you do for somebody, who say, doesn't own their own agency yet, and probably doesn't have access to their loss ratios if they were to leave?
