Insureme

Have any of you insureme lead buyers noticed a surge in the leads that have incentives for iphones and jobs?

I've actually spoken to several in the last two weeks that claim they were trying to apply for a job online, and that filling out the info. for insurance was required.

Insureme has given credits, but are apprarently not making any effort to reduce the number of "incentive" leads coming our way.

Just wondered if this is a regional thing, or across the board.

I'm not a huge lead buyer, so I'm sure there are some out there that are really getting stuck.

I have cancelled or paused all my internet leads....I also found that these types of leads have been on the increase...The only thing I don't know is if Insureme is doing this type of lead generation or if its all leads being bought from Netquote....because as we all know the company that generates the lead spreads it through out the lead selling industry.

Insureme has clearly been watching Netquote...and is getting "creative." I only use InsureMe for ONE zip code, and I can't see increasing that anytime soon.

same sh*%t different day! I've been getting 15 to 20 insureme leads per day and I'm finding the same thing more and more with them!

I talked to an insureme lead today. She said she went to www.unemployment.com to fill out an unemployment claim for her husband. She said it would not let her go any further without filling out this for request for health insurance.

I checked it out and they have ads for health insurance, repair bad credit, foreclosures, etc. You can skip it if you notice the link at the top right. She told me she was not interested in health insurance. I feel for those agents who paid for that gem.

I have just tried insureme's leads. Not much so far. I have dropped my zip codes to my county. I was offered $100 worth of free leads, so I get two that have bad numbers, but they will not allow you to return those free leads. So I guess I got $80 worth of leads, but right now it looks more like $0.08 worth.

I used to laugh at the agents that didn't know how to use insureme effectively. Figured that they just didn't know how to get their freak on with shared leads and take advantage of the best thing going.

Well, that has changed. They were the lead king of the pros and now they've decided to go dumpster diving. Truly sad for us gifted agents.

Care to elaborate on how you use insureme effectively?

I've found more and more websites are using this method with everything from selling insurance to applying for information about online college degrees. They make them seamless to look like it's required to fill out. You have to search for the tiny little link that says no thanks. On one site, Vista Print, I ordered a logo and then looked for 15 minutes and could not find the damn no thank you link to save my life. I finally came to the conclusion that it was because it didn't exist. Once I tried to close out of the site I just kept getting a pop up loop taking me back to the same thing over and over again. Very annoying. So annoying it makes me not want to do business with that company again.
