Almost there. But not two billion. They tried to aquire a $50 mil a year imo and said it would be 8% or their total. So maybe $800 mil.
It was a damn good idea they had. Wish I would have thought of it.
It's an ordeal to get an offer. They need as much info as an American Express black card.

I'd say the carriers are watching with interest and possibly concerns. Seems like the larger they get the more leverage they'd have.
