IPad App Missing?

When trying to login on my iPad I got a blank screen. Figured it had become corrupted so deleted the app.

Now I can't find it on the app store to re-install.

Any suggestions?

I had the exact same problem. I've looked everywhere, tried links people sent me.... even from Sam. None of them worked

It took me awhile to enter my login information since once you click that link on the forum the screen goes blank. You have to just assume everything is being entered correctly.

There is a thread that was just started recently on vision insurance. You may need to check it out. Also there has been quite a few on mentally disabled. Could be helpful....

The app seems to be no longer available. I de,teed it due to issues tried to find it to redo load and only get an error page saying it's no longer available in th US App Store. Sad
