Well...this should be fun. The calls are coming in already asking "where are they?"

https://www.healthcare.gov/taxes/

If anyone in your household enrolled in a health plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace in 2014, you'll get a new Form 1095-A — Health Insurance Marketplace Statement. You'll get it in the mail by early February. Use it to file your 2014 federal income tax return.

People who get a refund typically file as soon as possible . So this year, they get to wait until early February.....

since their cost to file this year will be greater due to hr block charging more to do this form they will get less of a return... fun all the way round

I like how the link says "you might have to pay a fee"
Instead of saying the truth "you might have to pay a penalty tax for being uninsured or your plan is not an Obamacare qualified health insurance plan

I think it is great the way Pub 5187 says if you still don't understand all this you can review IRS Publications 17, 974, 5172, 5185, 5182, 5156, 5120, 5121 and 5093.
