Of course, I always give you some highlights:
Pg. 6: "It is anticipated Exchanges will report only SSN's and provide an individuals DOB if an SSN is not available"
-Supports some of our comments that you can do most of your background checking with just an SSN, no need for a giant app.
Also states that exchanges will report monthly to the IRS. PG 10 has the specific data required. Pretty specific, won't reiterate here. Will be 100% electronic (part "d" page 13)
