Is anyone going to the Convention (National Agents Alliance) (NAA

The agent may have not have delivered the policy. That is a problem for the company. A new agent will help you a lot there. Term4sale is a great unbiased site that does not sell insurance. However, I do not believe it has ROP term as an option. Look for an agent that understands the different options with in ROP. Cincinnati Life is going to be hard to beat with their reduced paid up option..

Just think.. the 10 Day, 20 Day, 30 Day (depending on jurisdiction) is still running if a policy was never received.. Buy from new agent and request a 100% refund of all premiums paid from FGLife.. :yes:

That was my thinking. I have gotten refunds for people a lot longer in than 30 days. There is a reason many companies require signed delivery receipts. I print my own if the company does not have one. Don't want to be burnt by my own fire. :1frown:

:laugh:So glad someone finally said it. This has been an enjoyable read LMBO the whole way. DVD needs to stay out of the purple kool-aid and stop trying to make others drink it. No one, new or experienced, deserves to be ripped off. Talk about extreme greed.:skeptical: Isn't it enough to rob agents for upwards of 70% on commissions and withhold residuals? Do they really have to charge $55 for leads too?:no: Hey I guess some folks are in to BDSM.:twitchy: Not me. No thanks. At least in my career.;)

dvd= NAA Manager

He tells us what was discussed at "convention" and then asks what happened there.../very sad

He's just here to push NAA in what he thinks is a sly why.

At first thought he was unguided noob but realize now that he's just
unguided.

"being able to walk into an agency as a new person and right away make some money is a good thing. That is what NAA can do for a person"

Screw the client as long as I get mine..../sigh

Won't waste another keystroke on this guy.

I don't know. I assume it is 2% on renewals as long as they keep it but that is such a small number its only 2.00 a month per sale. Not significant enough to care about it.

Thats the stupidest thing I have ever heard. No wonder NAA loves you. Hmm 2% to small to worry about.:nah: Sales a week 3 sales a month 12 sales a year 144.:idea: Even if the average policy is only $50 a month or $600 a year x 2%=$12. So 144x$12=$1728. Now consistently do this for 10 years 1728x10=$17,280 That's $1440 a month. The new S-class from Mercedes fully loaded is about $110,00 or $1300 a month. Its a free Benz:laugh:. And that sir is why we love insurance. Residuals is what we live for. NAA thrives on ignorance like yours.:twitchy:

It's renewals, not residuals.

Hey JD. As many times as I've seen and heard those two words, I can never seem to give a concrete definition to both of them. They seem very similar to me and I can not really differentiate between the two. If you would be so kind as to shed more light on them, I would really appreciate it! Thank you sir!

They're pretty much the same thing. Semantics. Renewal is the correct term but "residual" makes more sense when you're wiping your hand on your sheets ;)
