I was with them for about 3 years. I don't how that compares to other's time with them. I was a top 15 agent with them as far as production goes. I was a far as I could go with them without being an agency manager.

I didn't recruit so I couldn't go any higher up the food chain. Not recruiting was aos the driving force behind my not being with them any longer than I was.
