Is Independent Agent a Fallacy?

Thanks for the comments. I am taking it all in.

Thanks for the options for other term life insurers. I recall reading some comments about some of them having more flexible underwriting and addressing special needs.

For the record, I will sell what best suits my customers needs. I'm here to bring value, til death do us part. :)

I got a phone call from a telemarketer today asked me if I had health insurance...I will not be using that approach to selling. If I have to, I'll play three rounds of golf a day to drive more business. Hmm might want to spend the winter in Florida. (just/kidding)

I went independent from the beginning and I made a lot of sales ... it's a reality, you just have to do it and jump in with two feet ... well, let me correct myself ... i was semi independent for the first six months, then I went completely independent ... i wish I had gone completely independent to begin with ... i made less sales but my bank account is much fatter ... it's much better when you can make sales that will stay on the books and not have to sacrifice commissions ... for sure!
