Not sure how your state laws work but in our state anyone you give permission to drive the car is covered. Also if you are living in the same home then the carriers prefer you combine it all on one policy. Because you have separate policies depending on your state and the carrier this could be a sticky mess. Here the insurance follows the car then the driver 2nd. so your insurance pays 1st and covers damaged to your car if you had comp and collision and then the liability could be on you also but the carrier may try and go after her insurance for the liability also
