Is there a Final Expense IMO/FMO that truly allows you to be fully independent?

Why wouldn't you contract an F2F agent that's been independent for 5+ years and wants all his contracts to be paid as earned ?
The big money is in giving 30-50% contacts and free leads . Giving 120% plus and making 20-30% overrides provides peanuts in comparison

that's assuming the 120% guy either has a horrible lead sourcing method to only be keeping 20-30% or just doesn't how to close at all no?

I've had 50% contracts with free leads (to find out it was just cold calling old facebook leads) somedays I've sold nothing, somedays I sold 3-4 leads. Even if I paid $50 for every lead, I'd be better off with the 120% any day.

Every agent will.

The only people spreading the miracle of free leads are the pimps making money at the top.

Just had one in another thread getting butthurt. Then disappeared once asked for facts after claiming they wanted a "serious" discussion.

Shit got too serious once asked to provide facts.

If one wants to take care of the pimps then join one of those organizations.

If an agent wants to take care of themselves then work for themselves.

You misunderstood what I said . I'm saying the fmo makes much much more in overrides giving 30-50% and free leads than 120% and no leads . Dave's confirmed this loud and clear saying he's concentrating his business strategy on this
.Its been discussed many times how agents with free leads sell more because the pressure of a $1500 weekly lead bill not there . From the Fmo's pt of view feeding free leads increases vol thus overrides much greater . Nothing wrong with this as many of those agents wouldn't have made it without the free leads . He's very clear this program not for everyone . If your not closing a certain metrics your cut off . So there's still some pressure . If you're looking for a job this is great . But if you want a long term career you must be an independent agent with full street and above commissions.

Why isn't Chick-fil-a in the burger business? What do they have to lose?
Come on man.

Lol

You know better than to not answer that question.

Don and JD are taking care of that for you.

How come you won't tell us what you did with your f2f agents ?

Have you become a spin doctor?

Lol

David is doing what we all want to do. Take care of ourselves.

Someone has to manage. I could certainly make more money being at the top of the food chain.

But I'm just not management material.

I had some thoughts about it when FEX was started.

It's just not in my DNA. I've never had even one agent under me and more importantly, I don't want agents under me.

That's just facts. Not a knock on those that do. I'm glad Travis and Scott are management types.

If they weren't FEX wouldn't exist.

I might have ended up with one of these piker FE IMO's?

Everybody has something to say about David's platform, but has anyone asked how much his agency spends on leads weekly or monthly?

Nobody's doubting he spends a lot but that still doesn't change the fact profit margins are massive and much more than overriding regular street . Kudo's to him for making boatloads of $
