Is This MAPD "churning"?

Wow......I didnt mean to start all this. :) I was merely making the point that CMS is wrong when they call it churning. To me, the term "churning" is movement from one plan or policy to another with no benefit to the client while creating a new commission to the agent. The example I gave is a benefit to the client but still considered churning by CMS, which is wrong in my opinion and I wanted feedback on this subject. Rick, if I misinterpreted your response as an attack on me while you were being sarcastic, I apologize. I guess in re-reading it almost a day later, I can see the obvious sarcasm, but I didn't at the time. Besides, I know I'm not a, ahem... "greddy" bastard. :) Good luck to all.

A truce has been called. The Fight is over.

This can be a "Rough Board". Don't expect a lot of slack.
Hang around awhile, and you will be surprised what you can learn, but be prepared to get your butt kicked occasionally.

Thick skin helps.
