RNA pays on issue.

5 Star pays on issue.

AmCon pays once it's drafted.

Aetna is AmCon unless you are talking about another product?

No idea on Setlers.

These could be different by the IMO. What I posted is how I get paid by them.

Be careful betting on the come, stuff happens. Most of us have made a sale and mentally spent the commission only to have it yanked away for any number of reasons.

Stupid question here, but can a policy be issued and inforce before the first draft? Looks like the answer is yes.
