I've got 32 signed apps already

If you think it's good, it's good. I don't compare myself to anyone. Too many variables on how people work. I don't do telesales, I like FTF appts, and I'm working primarily my current BOB, and I don't like to work 16 hr days, so I've only got about 20 or so that I'll be contacting again to do OTP apps sometime by the end of the month. Just glad that starting tomorrow I can do it right at the appt. LOL

I have a hundred or so clients I'm hoping to get moved this year or next to other plans simply because I have an old contract with an agency where the agreement was 50% commission because they did the leads and set the appts and I only had to show up to sell. It was a sweet deal back when I was new and needed to build my BOB, but I'm long past that and have moved on and the ones I can change, I do. I won't be able to change them all because that's not the best for my client, but you better believe the ones I can change I'm changing.
What Agency were you with that provided leads and appts in exchange for 50%? Thank you.

Is anyone able to do a Cigna PDP? I'm on Cignaforbrokers, and when I try to start an application, it says there are zero plans available in my area for 2025.

Senior Market Associates at the moment. They changed it several times the 6 years I was there. It was an agency based out of Nashville, TN. They changed their whole set up in 2019 RIGHT before AEP and into 2020, went telesales and started hiring w2 agents and those of us who stayed on got the shit leads all through aep 2020 and I left in spring of 2021. They sold to Amerilife(?) late 2020, I think. I don't know. The other agents who didn't want to go w2 (who would want to??) ended up getting their contracts moved to broker status. So no more leads and appts. I was there long enough to keep my BOB, and they still pay me renewals, but at the old contract rates, so I'm trying to move them as I can.
